The location was peaceful and beds were comfy. The staff was fabulous, nothing was to much trouble and they was willing to help. Warm enough unit with a tropical decor. Spotless and effective hotel in Westside Santa Cruz district.

Patient staff and fab location. There was variety of options for breakfast, including pastries, jam, milk, slices of fresh bread and cheese, I liked it. Delightful room, terrific. They made my stay BRILLIANT. Restaurant in hotel was very nice and the pool area was clean. A short walk to the stunning beach.

Worth its 4 stars. This hotel was super base for exploring Santa Cruz, greatly enjoyed it. 5 minutes walk to a bus station.

The staff friendly here. All main attractions such as cowell beach were in front of this hotel. Breakfast was delicious there. The tasteful decor in our room.
